I am not impressed one bit. Cost me 300 to get the car cleaned of tar and they brought it back to me with tar still all over it. Then my back up camera went out. They had my car for over a week. Never got a call from them with status. I guess the back up camera is a common problem. This car is the most uncomfortable car I have ever owned. I hate the fact that it shuts down at every stop. No turn off switch. I'll never buy another Buick. I would like to return the car. No joke.
Went in to get my oil changed. Very professional. I bought my car 3 months ago I had some questions about on how some things worked in my car. Like which buttons do what. A very nice salesman came out to my car and took the time to explain things to me. Oil change was done in a very timely manner.
In the end, I got very good service. However, it seemed as though the members of the service department didn't get to my car when my appointment was. My guess is that it's because I used the shuttle service and they knew that they had the car for hours. GM led them to believe that the repair would only take a couple of hours, and then it took much more time than that. When the shuttle brought me back, there was, apparently, only 1 member of the service team who could tell me about my car and he was at lunch. I was told that he would come find me when he got back, but I was there almost 2 hours - and had to ask at least twice more - before that man was able to come talk to me. At that time, he said that my car wouldn't be ready and they were looking into getting me a loaner, but they needed to 'prep' it. I was there for another 45 minutes, at least. The work was excellent, but the time I was waiting, and the lack of communication, made it difficult and less-than-pleasant. This is the first experience I've had at Chelsea Chevy that was anything less than 5/5. I'm assuming it's an anomaly. I'm hoping so, at least.
Service writer, Rodney, provided excellent service, he listened to my needs attentively and provided me with the needed information and updates to my service request. Rodney and the mechanic made sure that they provided the best service and in a reasonable amount of time.
